Yes, you may install one as long as you ask the owner of the parking space for an authorization. If I own a parking space but I do not live in the building (i.e. I don’t have an electricity meter) may I install a charging point?
You may request an individual meter for your parking space, but the costs can be very high.
There are 4 different ways to charge your electric car:
• Slow charging, up to 7.4 kW. This option is recommended for individual or communal garages.
• Semi-fast charging, between 11 and 22 kW. This option is recommended for industrial areas, shopping centres, public roads, etc.
• Fast charging, between 50 and 100 kW. This option is recommended for urban and interurban areas.
• Ultrafast charging, more than 100 kW. This option is recommended for interurban areas (industrial areas, service stations, etc.).

From the switchboard, a large section main line must be connected and secured with a tray (which allows to route many cables and it is cheaper) or a tube (which allows to route fewer cables and it is more expensive). From this line there will be individual derivations coming out to each of the chargers installed.
